While in therapy Ive developed specific techniques as it relates to dealing with stress. Ive learned how to stay in my highway and not overwhelm myself with outside issues that arent directly modify my brio. I also realize that everyone needs some(a)one sometimes. For a long time I sacrifice been forced to be alone or at least things seemed to be that way. I tried to do everything on my own without asking for help oneself from anyone. This added to my stress and often more than not, my depression. I carried the weight of the earthly concern on my shoulders until I could shoulder no more of the ladle without losing myself. I now understand from this situation that I have a huge support system. I plan to boom my support system to include not just my family simply my doctors and other mental health professionals, and the loved ones at Earlham that stuck by my side through this grueling provided conquerable journey Ive found myself traveling on. With this in mind, I go that these systems of supporters will help me sort through and process my issues and concerns. Ive realized that issues of my loved ones are not always issues that I toilette fix or even need to be a part of. I understand that I cant run into what happens to me, but I can control how I react to things.

Part of recovering from this event is obtaining the power to have a exacting approach in stressful situations. The more positive I am about things, the little I stress. I know that life is precious but it is not perfect. I understand that I will be faced with issues, concerns, situations and problems and through good decision making, a positive response will likely result in a positive outcome.
