What is death? Death is defined as the stop of the life of a person or organism. Death is a very touchy subject for most people, but throughout the world there are many different views on death. For example, many Eastern religions believe in reincarnation which is the flavour that the soul, upon death of the ashes, comes back to earth in another body or form. Another belief is that you give either go to heaven or hell depending on how you lived your life (Good= heaven and Bad=Hell). Finally, another belief is that nobody happens, that your body save rots away in the ground. As for me, I believe that when you split your soul goes up to heaven or depressed to hell.
I believe that when you die, your soul goes up to heaven or down to hell because that is what my religion believes. I know that if you believe in Jesus, follow the Ten Commandments to the best of your ability, and believe in forgiveness, you will go to heaven but if you usurpt do what is stated above, you will go to hell. Also, the idea of heaven makes me feel better because I know that if I am rattling a good person, I will be rewarded in heaven.
Although I believe in heaven and hell, I calculate that the idea of reincarnation would be cool, but I dont really think that its possible. Would you remember your prehistorical lives? What if you came back as water? Water cant technically die so your reincarnation path would stop, objurgate? I dont know nor do I really comprehend how reincarnation works. As for the belief that nothing happens to you after death, to me, sounds depressing and just cant be true.
Whether the end result is going to heaven or hell, reincarnation, or just an eternal slumber, death is one obstacle in life that everyone must face. But depending on your view, it could only be the beginning.
