Abstract-With the advent of globalization, developing countries, particularly those in Asia, have been witnessing a massive surge of FDI inflows during the past twain decades. Introduction: FDI has been the major forerunner of any economy. In India FDI has helped to grow the economy and government continues to go on more investments of this sort. FDI in India has-in a lot of ways-enabled India to achieve a certain degree of financial stability, growth and development. This money has allowed India to localize on the areas that may have needed economic solicitude and address the various problems that continue to challenge the country.
