Part ONE My life in the lead I came to messiah
My name is Samuel Nelms and before I started following Christ my life was extremely incomplete and void. I attended perform regularly and was actively involved in multiple church building ministries throughout my life. Church was one of those things that just werent an natural selection in my family. It was something that was expected to be attended. I went almost either day, and I didnt have a personnel family with God. I knew I was a sinner, I knew who God was, what he did, and whom he did them for, but I didnt know him the dash he would have me to. I thought my life was not bad(p) and full of promise. But my life was missing so a lot more on a spiritual level that I longed to know more even when I knew nothing. I was probing for something that was greater than me, not knowing that it was there either on and I was consistently within the Fathers presence. I turned to all types of Drugs and alcohol. I was a real living, walking, talking drug fleece and alcoholic, with a passion for stealing, lying and cheating. Which eventually lead me to seemly homeless and also to Prison?
Part TWO How I came to a cognitive knowledge of who Jesus is and what He did for me
When I was down and out, drinking, smoking, stealing, cheating, and taking advantage of any and everyone around me I knew that what I was doing was wrong but I didnt devote it any attention and before I knew it, I was consistently doing everything I thought, felt and knew was wrong. After being sentenced to prison and arriving a CRC (Correctional Reception Center) where every incoming inmate is sent for classifications to other prisons. I attended a Church service virtually the glorification and sanctification of sin and how great Gods discern truly is. The service really hit home and affected me to tears.
