Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services (HCPHES)
When it comes to recruiting candidates for employment, an organization will use different methods to do so; I chose Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services to research their recruiting process as well as the methods use to make their organization look interesting to work for. I chose this organization to do my research on because HCPHES is a very important organization for Harris County and its residents. The mission of HCPHES is to promote a rubicund and environment totallyy unhazardous Harris County, prevent illness and injury, and to protect all residents of Harris County.
The HCPHES does this by being creditworthy for many entities in Harris County. HCPHES is responsible for monitoring our environment as well as our health. In monitoring our environment the HCPHES monitors our weewee, air quality, and our food for safe inhalation. Our water is monitored to make sure it is not contaminated by prejudicial bacteria and is safe to drink. The air is monitored to make sure it is safe to breathe and does not contain harmful toxins.



Harris County has many chemical substance plants and refinerys all around. Finally our food is monitored for safe consumption making sure for example; our eggs are not contaminated with Salmonella.
The HCPHES is also responsible for the Health Clinics across Harris County. These clinics uphold residents stay healthy by monitoring for infections and unsoundness as well as providing an array of education. The clinics also offer vaccines for measure of illness and disease. Another responsibility of the HCPHES is the WIC Clinics of Harris County. The WIC Clinics help women and children with prevention of disease as well as education regarding pregnancy and warmth for a new baby.
