Abstract
This paper provides an overview of accomplishment; the learning programs adapted by miscellaneous organizations and provide information on past and current trends be in some organizations. Further, it expounds the relevant application of the various learning and goal-setting theories of each training effort, the concepts learned (from Chapter 6, Learning and Performance Management, organizational Behavior, pages 182-217) and concludes with a summation on the finer points brought out in this paper.

Our textbook states learning is a transform in behavior acquired through experience (Nelson & Quick, 2010).
With learning, there are multiple drutherss concerning this discipline and the four most favourite are: Four different orientations to theorizing learning:
the behaviorist orientation this wherein our textbook refers to the external environment and learning from classical and operative conditioning.
The behaviourist movement in psychology has miened to the use of experimental procedures to study behaviour in relation to the environment.
